The Microsoft Security Essentials is free for use on genuine Windows systems.
The Microsoft Security Essentials is free anti malware software which can be found on this page here. As said it’s free if runs on genuine system. As I was pleasantly surprised that the soft is quite lightweight, getting few dozens of Mb in the taskbar….
It’s available as a no-cost download for Windows XP SP2 and higher, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.
After the download and installation, the update process kicks in and first quick scan is proposed. Once done, the window shows different colors:
Green – Nothing to worry about.
Orange – Needs attention (to turn on real time protection, or do a scan…)
Red – Unprotected.
The software protects against spyware, viruses, worms, Trojans, and other malicious software.
The installation is one click process. No registration or information collection about you … Quite a surprise… -:). The download is only 9.7 Mb in size and you can get it from this page here. I was quite pleasant experience.

Saw the apartment first time in the dark the broker has a flash light he was so adamant it was renovated, never mention that the place was previously occupied by a previous tenant he showed a few apartment that night he was very patient …..I view an apartment that was to be leased by a broker for the owner. The description (Stunning new renovated in a prime location 2br/2br great kitchen with stainless steel appliance package, granite counter tops, Harwood floors, central air/heat and yard! Washer and dryer on premise storage in basement available)
I was happy with the ad …when I finally saw the apartment in the light after I signed the lease and provided the broker with the 1st month, 1month1/2 security deposit and broker fee. I signed the lease on November 26 the day after thanksgiving. It was far from the description… I noticed that the apartment was not clean – the bathrooms were dirty, once the bathroom door was open reek with urine and shit all over the toilet…. mold all around the bathtub, the shower head was have way out ,the shower curtain was black and nasty my stomach started turning….central air vent was black….kitchen wall grease and writing on wall and paint was starting bubble up due to a leak on side wall, the kitchen area was filthy refrigerator smell like something die in it, dishwasher mold in the inside and also leaking, in front window you can see leak mark, bedroom door entrance that leads to backyard door was of the hinge , second door knob missing, backyard was horrible and best of all to enter basement for storage and laundry you must go outside to enter either from font or back…remember backyard hasn’t been clean forever.
Ask broker back for money he said not a problem, he call back saying owner doesn’t want to give money back, it’s now the 12/13 I don’t have the keys to apartment broker ducking my calls and owner is being a jerk….I’m spending more money to commute and all my belongings are packed….my man come home for the holiday and no apartment

Question by GirlUdontKnow: What is the most inexpensive way to go about a kitchen remodel?
Eventually I want to redo the kitchen in my house, but I want to keep the cost under k, maybe even k. The kitchen is not very large either.
We want new cabinets, counter top, and new appliances:
range, over the range microwave (there currently is not one, and the exhaust fan is not directly above the range),
install a dishwasher as well as a garbage disposal (there is no dishwasher or disposal now).
What are some ways to keep the costs – K? We could install the appliances ourselves, but I would prefer someone be paid to install the cabinets, counter and moving the exhast fan over so that we can have an OTR microwave.
